Privacy Policy

Diestra ("the Service") collects what we need to run your business tools: your account information, and your business data (products, customers, orders, and related records). For our SMS/WhatsApp assistant feature, we also collect the mobile phone numbers of employees your business authorizes through the Team Access page in your dashboard, and the messages exchanged between those employees and the assistant. We use this information only to provide, operate, and improve Diestra for you.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Our SMS/WhatsApp text-messaging feature is registered with mobile carriers under the name Retail AI Assistant.

To stop receiving text messages from Diestra, reply STOP to any message; reply HELP for help.

If you connect a Google Ads or Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads account to Diestra, we access your advertising account's campaign and performance data (such as campaign names, spend, clicks, and conversions) through Google's and Meta's own APIs, using the permissions you grant during that connection. We use this data only to show your advertising performance alongside your other business data in Diestra, and we do not sell or share it with third parties. You can disconnect a connected ad account at any time from the Integrations page in your dashboard, which revokes Diestra's access to it.
